Arenna is a company committed to excellence, founded in 2015 with the purpose of offering a new option in the transshipment market, valuing high-quality work. From the beginning, our focus has been to build a company based on three fundamental pillars: Agility, Quality and Loyalty. These pillars define our mission and guide all our actions and decisions, with the goal of always exceeding our clients' and partners' expectations.
Our vision is to be pioneers in applying technology to the maritime sector, believing that innovation and efficient monitoring are essential factors in transforming the way operations in the industry are conducted. In 2021, we identified the growing need of Shipowners and Agents for more precise, real-time monitoring of operations, which led us to launch onboard monitoring services, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our market presence.

Arenna Founded
Start of operations focused on agility, quality and loyalty. Based in Santos/SP, at the heart of Latin America's largest port complex.
Crew Change & Reception
Launch of crew change and crew reception services, coordinating logistics, documentation and 24/7 support for vessels in Brazilian ports.
K-9 Inspection
Launch of K-9 canine inspection service for detection of illicit substances on vessels, reinforcing security in port operations.
Onboard Monitoring
Launch of onboard CCTV monitoring services, meeting the demand from shipowners and agents for real-time operational tracking.
Underwater Inspection (UWI)
Incorporation of underwater inspection services with ROV, providing high-definition imagery for hull assessment without operational interruption.
Intermodal
Expansion into intermodal operations, integrating maritime logistics solutions with ground transportation to offer a complete service to clients.
Continued Expansion
Diversified portfolio with over 15 services. Consolidation as Grupo Arenna Soluções Marítimas, operating in all ports across Brazil.
